mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">称风干试样2 "Times New Roman"">㎏(m1)，如颗粒粒径大于31.5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">㎜，则称4 "Times New Roman"">㎏，过筛分成4.75 "Times New Roman"">㎜～9.5㎜，9.5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">㎜～16 "Times New Roman"">㎜、16㎜以上各1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">份；将每份中每一个颗粒大面朝下稳定平放在压力机平台中心，按颗粒大小分别加以0.15kN mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、0.25kN "Times New Roman"">、0.34kN "Times New Roman"">荷载，破裂之颗粒即属于软弱颗粒，将其弃去，称出未破裂颗粒的质量(m2) "Times New Roman"">。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">五、仪表使用方法：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（1 "Times New Roman"">）电源安装：把电源适配器输入端插在AC220V "Times New Roman"">（或AC110V "Times New Roman"">）插座上，输出端插头插在仪表盒右侧插座上，并打开电源开关，是否通电。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（2 "Times New Roman"">）开机：打开电源开关，开机时出现开机画面，并随即转为“0.00 "Times New Roman"">”，此时可进行称重。如开机不为“0.00 "Times New Roman"">”可按“置零”键进行清零，待显示“0.00 "Times New Roman"">”和右下角“”不闪动时进行称重。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（3 "Times New Roman"">）选择：设有牛顿（KN "Times New Roman"">）和英镑（1b "Times New Roman"">）两种重量单位，按下“转换”键，液晶屏右上角“    ”指向选择的重量单位。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（4 "Times New Roman"">）试验：液晶屏显示“0.00 "Times New Roman"">”时可进行试验。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（5 "Times New Roman"">）锁定：按下“锁定”键可将重量锁定，此时重量不变化，以便记录。反复按“锁定”键将在锁定和释放间转换。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（6 "Times New Roman"">）超重：称重超过最大称量时，将显示“OF "Times New Roman"">”，并发出连续警报声。出现超重请移去承重面板上的重物，以保护传感器不致损坏。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（7 "Times New Roman"">）置零：试验前将装集料的圆盘放上后，可按“置零”键清零后进行压力试验。移去试桶后，将显示负的皮重，可按“置零”键恢复零位。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（8 "Times New Roman"">）出错指示：秤显示“Er "Times New Roman"">”，表示出错，需重新称重或对秤进行修理。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（9 "Times New Roman"">）关机：关掉电源开关。较长时间不用时，请拔掉电源适配器。
