1、台秤：称量5Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，感量5g "Times New Roman"">。

2、容量筒：金属制，圆筒形，内径108mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，净高109mm "Times New Roman"">，筒壁厚2mm "Times New Roman"">，筒底厚mm㎜，容积约为1L mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

3、标准漏斗。

4、烘箱：能控温在105℃±5℃。

5、其它：小勺、直尺、浅盘等。

1、试样制备：用浅盘装来样约5Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，在温度为105℃±5℃ "Times New Roman"">的烘箱中烘干至恒重，取出并冷却至室温，分成大致相等的两份备用。

2、容量筒容积的校正方法：以温度为20℃±5℃ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的洁净水装满容量筒，用玻璃板沿筒口滑移，使其紧贴水面，玻璃板与水面之间不得有空隙。擦干筒外壁水分，然后称量，用式(T0331-1)计算筒的容积V mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。砂子漏斗V=m’2-m’1 (T0331-1)
