mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">波纹管柔韧性塞规，用于预应力混凝土桥梁用塑料波纹管柔性试验，满足《JT/T529-2016预应力混凝土桥梁用塑料波纹管》标准规范。预应力混凝土桥梁用塑料波纹管产品的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。适用于以高密度聚乙烯树脂(HDPE) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">或聚丙烯(PP) "Times New Roman"">为主要原料，经热熔挤出成型的预应力混凝土桥梁用塑料波纹管。

1、将一根长1100mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的样件，垂直地固定在测试平台上，按图4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">所示位置安装两块弧形模板，其圆弧半径r mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">应符合表3 "Times New Roman"">规定。

2、在样件上部900mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的范围内，用手向两侧缓慢弯曲样件至弧形模板位置( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">见图4) "Times New Roman"">，左右往复弯曲五次。

3、按图5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">所示做一塞规，当样件弯曲至最终结束位置保持弯曲状态2min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">后，观察塞规能否顺利地从波纹管中通过。
