电液比例阀简称比例阀。普通液压阀只能通过预调的方式对液流的压力、流量进行定值控制。但是当设备机构在工作过程中要求对液压系统的压力、流量参数进行调节或连续控制,例如.要求工作台在工作进给时按慢、快、慢连续变化的速度实现进给,或按一定精度模拟某个最佳控制曲线实现旅力控制.普通液压阀则实现不了。这时可以用电液比例阀对液压系统进行控制。

电液比例阀是一种按输入的电信号连续地、按比例地控制液压系统的液流方向、流量和压力的阀类。它山电-机械比例转换装置和液压控制阀本体两大部分构成.前者将输入的电信号连续地按比例地转换为机械力和位移输出,后者在接受这种机械力和位移之后、按比例连续地输出压力和流量.

电液比例阀的发展主要有两个途径一是用比例电磁铁取代传统液压阀的手动调节装置或取代普通电磁铁发展起来的;二是由电液伺服阀简化结构、降低精度发展起来的。下面介绍的比例阀均指前者,它是当今比例阀的主流。与普通液压阀可以互换。

比例电磁阀的结构如图5-27所示。比例电磁铁是直流电磁铁,但它与普通直流电磁铁不同。普通直流电磁铁的衔铁只有吸合和断开两个工作位置,并且在吸合时磁路中几乎没有气隙.而比例电磁铁要求吸合力或位移与给定电流成比例。并在衔铁的全部工作行程上,磁路中保持一定的气隙‘.其结构主要由极靴1、线圈2、壳体5和衔铁10等组成。线圈2中通电后产生磁场,因隔磁环4的存在。使磁力线主要部分通过衔铁10、气隙和极靴1,形成回路口极靴对衔铁产生吸力门在线圈中电流一定时。吸力的大小因极靴1与衔铁间的距离不同而变化。但衔铁在气隙适中的一段行程中,吸力随位置的改变发生的变化很小。

设计中就使比例电磁铁的衔铁在这段行程中工作。因此。改变线圈中的电流,即可在衔铁上得到与其成正比的吸力。用比例电磁铁代替螺旋手柄来调整液压阀,就能使输出乐力或流量与输人电流对应成比例地发生变化。

比例阀用于模拟控制,是介于普通开关控制与伺服控制之间的控制方式,它也特别适合于

设备的革新或改造。使设备自动化控制水平大为提高。其在现代液雌系统中占比例很大口

与普通液压阀相比.比例阀的优点是:①能简单地实现远距离控制:②能连续地、按比例地控制液压系统的压力和流量。从而实现对执行机构的位置、速度和力的连续控制,并能防止或减小压力、速度变换时的冲击;③油路简化,元件数量少。

比例阀适用于既要求能连续控制胀力、流量.和方向.而又不需要很I的控制精度的场合。

比例阀也分为压力阀、流量阀和方向阀几大类。近来又出现了功能复合化的趋势。

概述:本文主要介绍叶片泵的分类常识,单作用叶片泵的工作原理以及双作用叶片泵的工作原理。
叶片泵的分类
因为历史的叶片泵根据中类型的不同有两种
(一) 专门指容积泵中的滑片泵。
(二) 指动力式泵的三泵(离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵)或其他特殊的泵。
这类泵产品一般不会叫叶片泵。但作为专着,叶片泵几乎全部是指离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等。
叶片泵的工作原理
叶片泵转子旋转时,叶片在离心力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。这样两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,叶片旋转一周时,完成两次吸油与排油。
一、单作用叶片泵的工作原理
泵由转子2、定子3、叶片4、配油盘和端盖等部件所组成。定子的内表面是圆柱形孔。转子和定子之间存在着偏心。叶片在转子的槽内可灵活滑动,在转子转动时的离心力以及通入叶片根部压力油的作用下,叶片顶部贴紧在定子内表面上,于是两相邻叶片、配油盘、定子和转子间便形成了一个个密封的工作腔。当转子按逆时针方向旋转时,图右侧的叶片向外伸出,密封工作腔容积逐渐增大,产生真空,于是通过吸油口6和配油盘5上窗口将油吸入。而在图的左侧。叶片往里缩进,密封腔的容积逐渐缩小,密封腔中的油液经配油盘另一窗口和压油口1被压出而输出到系统中去。这种泵在转子转一转过程中,吸油压油各一次,故称单作用泵。转子受到径向液压不平衡作用力,故又称非平衡式泵,其轴承负载较大。改变定子和转子间的偏心量,便可改变泵的排量,故这种泵都是变量泵。
二、双作用叶片泵的工作原理
它的作用原理和单作用叶片泵相似,不同之处只在于定子表面是由两段长半径圆弧、两段短半径圆弧和四段过渡曲线八个部分组成,且定子和转子是同心的。在图示转子顺时针方向旋转的情况下,密封工作腔的容积在左上角和右下角处逐渐增大,为吸油区,在左下角和右上角处逐渐减小,为压油区;吸油区和压油区之间有一段封油区把它们隔开。这种泵的转子每转一转,每个密封工作腔完成吸油和压油动作各两次,所以称为双作用叶片泵。泵的两个吸油区和两个压油区是径向对称的,作用在转子上的液压力径向平衡,所以又称为平衡式叶片泵。
双作用叶片泵的瞬时流量是脉动的,当叶片数为4的倍数时脉动率小。为此,双作用叶片泵的叶片数一般都取12或16。

叶片泵的安装
叶片泵的安装同齿轮泵。
①叶片泵的旋转方向及安装方式叶片泵出厂前在装配时,都是按着顺时针旋转方向组装的。不允许逆时针运转使用(从轴端观察〕。
叶片泵从结构上可分为车辆叶片泵、变量叶片泵和定量叶片泵、双级叶片泵以及双联叶片泵多种。安装方式基本为法兰安装式,而榆次液压件厂生产的叶片泵有脚架式的〔在订货时应注明)。 
② 叶片泵用安装体与电动机连接叶片泵与电动机(发动机)连接驱动时,要采用"安装体"结构,如图1-8所示,其一端法兰与叶片泵的法兰连接,用4个(有的泵用2个)内六角螺钉紧固牢, 另一大端与V系列电动机B5或B35型的端法兰连接牢固,采用这种安装形式可使其两轴的同轴度不存在误差,其转动时也无噪声,是延长泵的使用寿命的理想途径。
叶片泵的输人轴不能承受轴向力和径向力,因此安装联轴器时,不准用铁捶敲打装配,联轴器内孔采用二级间隙配合为宜,在键槽180°方向钻一个M6-M10mm的螺纹孔,用螵钉止住防止窜动。
采用脚架式叶片泵时,严禁用带轮或链轮直接传动,亦要用联轴器与驱动机轴连接,两个轴的同轴度误差应控制在0.05-0.1mm以内,角度误差不大于0.5°,两轴间应留有3mm 距离。
③ 叶片泵的安装位置叶片泵应安装在油面以下,并应靠近油箱,在吸油側安装一个
过滤精度为50~80μm迅的线隙式滤油器。由于条件所限,叶片泵必须安装在油面以上时,其吸油高度应距最低油位,不大于500mm。这种安装方法,对吸油连接管路接头,必须注意密封良好,若密封不良时,极易造成叶片泵吸人少许空气,而摻杂有气泡的破裂声,严重时油箱内有气泡。
滤油器规格如下:
叶片泵的吸油滤油器,应采用泵流量的两倍以上,允许吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系统中的回油管路上,应设置过滤精度不大于20~30μm的回油滤油器,当新安装的系统工作10~20h后,可将回油滤油器拆开,取出滤芯,其内部有氧化皮、电焊渣、铁屑、砂粒和橡胶碎块等杂质,这些杂物是安装系统时未清理净的或液压件内部存留的,经压力的振动和流体的冲击而集中在回油滤油器内,若无回油滤油器时,则全部集中在油箱下部。
