1. 产品用途 Productuse17AM-D系列热保护器是一种具有对温度和电流双重感应特性的产品，该产品结构先进、体积小、动作灵敏、触点容量大、寿命长的特点，广泛适用于分马力电机、电热器具、荧光灯镇流器、变压器、汽车马达、集成电路及一般电气设备的过热、过电流保护。17AM-Dseriesthermalprotectoristheproductthatissensitivetotemperature current.Itisofadvancedstructure、smallvolume、sensitiveinaction、bigcontactcapacity longlife.Itprotectsagainstoverheating over-currentinmotor、electric thermalappliance、lampballasts、transformers、automotivemotor、integratedcircuit commonelectricequipment.2. 结构 Structure2.1 外观：外形尺寸符合产品图纸要求(见附图)Appearance：Dimensioniscompliedwiththedraw.（Refertodraw）2.2 导线：UL3321、AWG#18镀锡铜芯线、黑色Leads：UL3321orAWG#18coppercoreleads,blackcolor,tinned2.3 外壳：表面镀镍锌合金的板材Case：Thesteelmaterialusedforcaseisplatedwithalloyofnickelandzinc2.4 套管材料:聚脂绝缘套管符合电器用品的性能要求。Sleevematerial：Insulatedsleeveiscompliedwithelectricappliance srequirement.3. 性能(Capability)3.1 额定电流 Ratingcurrent20A/115V、8A/AC250V3.2 抗拉力试验:产品的接线端子应能承受大于或等于50N拉力,铆接处不应松脱,导线无断裂、滑出。Pulltrial：Terminalsshouldenduremorethan50N.Andterminalsshouldbenolooseandleadshavenoruptureandslipping。3.3 绝缘电压 InsulatedvoltageA. 热保护器在热分断后的接线之间应能承受AC660V,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;TheleadsshouldendureAC660Vafteropeningwithoutarcoverunderdurationof1min.B. 热保护器端子引线与绝缘套管之间能承受AC1500V,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;Theoutgoinglinesorterminalsofthethermalprotectorandinsulatedsleevesshallendurevoltageof1500Vanddurationof1min,withoutarcover.3.4 绝缘电阻:在正常条件下,导线与绝缘套管之间的绝缘电阻在100M 以上。(所用表计为DC500V绝缘抵抗计)Insulatedresistance：Undernormalconditions，insulatedresistancebetweenleadsandinsulatedsleeveshouldbemorethan100M .(Byinsulationmeasurementmachine）3.5 接触电阻:热保护器的接触电阻应不大于50m 。Contactresistance：Contactresistanceofthermalprotectorshouldbelessthan50m .3.6 气密性试验:保护器在大于85℃的水中(水不沸腾),应无连续的气泡冒出。Sealtrial：Thereisnocontinuousairbubblefromthethermalprotector,iftheprotectorisplacedin85deg.Water（notboilingwater）3.7 耐热试验:产品在150℃的环境中放置96小时。Hotenduretrial：Itwilllast96hoursiftheprotectorisplacedwheretheambienttemperatureis150deg.3.8 耐湿试验:产品在40℃、相对湿度95%的环境中放置48小时。Dampenduretrial：Itwilllast48hoursiftheprotectorisplacedwheretheambienttemperatureis40deg.andrelativehumidityis95%.3.9 热冲击试验:产品在150℃，-20℃环境中交变放置各30min,共5个周期。Hotaffecttrial：Itwilllast5cyclesiftheprotectorisplacedwheretheambienttemperatureisexchangedbetween150deg.andminus20deg.for30min.3.10 耐抗振试验:产品能承受振幅1.5mm,频率变化10～55Hz,扫描变化周期为3～5min,振动方向X、Y、Z,每个方向连续振动2小时。Vibrationenduretrial：Thethermalprotectorshouldbenormalafter2hintheconditionswithamplitudeof1.55mm,frequencychangeof10~55Hz,changeperiodof3~5min,VibrationdirectionsofX,YandZ.3.11 跌落试验:产品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。Fallentrial：Letthethermalprotectorfreelyfalldown0.70mabovecementground.3.12 抗压性:将产品浸入密封油罐中,施加2MPa的压力并保持24h后.Pressendure：Letthethermalprotectorimmergeinthesealedoilcanandgive2MPapresslastingfor24hours.3.13 第3.8,3.9,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13项试验后应满足下列条件:After3.8,3.9,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13trial，theperformanceofthethermalprotectorshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:A. 动作温度变化应在初期值的 7℃以内;Changeofopeningtemperatureshallbewithin 7℃oftheinitialvalue.B. 接触电阻应在50m 以下;Contactresistanceshouldbeunder50m .C. 外形应无明显变形;Appearanceshouldnotbeevidentdistortion.D. 导线无开裂损伤;Leadsshouldnotbecraze.E. 绝缘电压应符合3.4项要求;Insulatedvoltageshallbecompliedwith3.4.F. 绝缘电阻应符合3.5项要求。Insulatedresistanceshallbecompliedwith3.5.4. 寿命 Life产品在额定电压、电流、功率因数为0.7的条件下,外加热源使其动作1000次,应满足下面条件:TheProtectoracts1000underexternalpowerintheconditionofratingvoltage、currentand0.7power.theperformanceofthethermalprotectorshallmeetthefollowingrequirements：A. 动作温度变化应在初始值的 7℃以内Changeofopeningtemperatureshouldbewithin 7℃oftheinitialvalue。B. 接触电阻应在100m 以下;再继续试验5000次后其动作需正常无误。Contactresistanceshouldbelessthan100m .Theopeningtemperatureshallbenormalaftergoingon5000circles.5. 其它事项 Additionalitems5.1 动作温度检测的升温速率应控制为1℃/1min;Duringtheopeningtemperaturetrial,therateoftemperaturerisingshouldbecontrolledby1℃/1min.5.2 使用过程中保护器外壳不能承受强烈冲击力及压迫力;Thecaseofprotectorcan tendurestrongstrikeandpresswhenitisusedincircuit5.3 认证:（License）UL认证（ULFileNo.）:E214731CQC认证（CQCFileNo.）:CQC04002009719VDE认证（VDEFileNo.）:400098506. 本标准未涉及事项或客户有其它要求另行订立。Theitemswhichthisstandardhavenotreferredorcustomsrequireshallbemadeadditionally.
