滚杠材质有： SUS304 不锈钢管、 PVC管两种。不锈钢链条带动滚杠移动，滚杠在橡胶轨道上因磨擦而自转，从而带动果蔬自由旋转，配合人工检选，挑去不合格果蔬。不合格果蔬由上置或下置的废料输送装置输走。可在出料端外加喷淋清洗装置。
