【醛树脂HS-A81】
醛树脂HS-A81醛树脂HS-A81为无色透明至微黄耐黄变脂肪醛硬树脂,又称万能树脂。外观分为经过造粒工艺的细小有规则半圆型和没有经过造粒工艺的不规则细小颗粒型,作为特种硬树脂适用于溶剂型涂料和油墨、无溶剂型涂料、粉末涂料、树脂改性等其他体系中。醛树脂可以明显改善漆膜的耐黄变性、缩短干燥时间、提高漆膜的硬度、丰满度和光泽,增加固含量,由于醛树脂的低粘度特性,同时降低了造漆行业有机溶剂的使用量,减少了大气中VOC排放造成的环境污染。醛树脂对金属颜料以及其他颜料具有优良的润湿分散性,同时溶于大多数有机溶剂,所以非常适合油溶性作料。特别是通用色桨成本可降低40%以上,其中低档溶剂的适应方面远远优于国外同类产品。醛树脂还可用于粉末涂料和氯化橡胶涂料等的改性。总之,产品性能已达到甚至超过国外同类产品,是油漆涂料、油墨等行业使用非常广泛的一种特种树脂。外观为无色透明至微黄色细小有规则半圆状和细小不规则颗粒状。

溶解性
醛树脂溶于涂料用大多数溶剂,如醇类、酉旨类、酮类、醚类、芳烃溶剂、脂肪烃溶剂等,而国外同类产品不溶于脂肪烃溶剂,只能用此溶剂进行有限稀释。醛树脂不溶于水。

应用涂料
用于制造汽车修补漆,可提高光泽,增加硬度,缩短干燥时间,添加量为2%--5%。
用于制造醇酸树脂,可降低醇酸树脂的粘度,增加硬度,增加光泽,改善干燥性。在合成最后阶段加入A--81醛树脂5%--10%(按醇酸树脂的固含量算)。
作为醇酸氨基烤漆的改性树脂,可提高硬度、丰满度。可根据质量要求取代不超过20%醇酸树脂。
作为硝基涂料的改性树脂,提高抗紫外线的性能、减少黄变、提高固含量、提高光泽、提高涂料对苯类溶剂的容忍度。用法:一般可取代约20%--30%的硝基纤维。
作为醇酸/氯化树脂涂料的改性树脂,增进氯化树脂(特别是氯醚和氯化橡胶)与醇酸树脂的相容性、提高涂料的固含量。用法:可以取代醇酸/氯化树脂涂料中的醇酸部分,用量不超过总树脂含量的10%。
配制热熔马路漆(于石油树脂为基料的热熔马路漆相比)在底材的附着力较好、在白色品种,钛白用量可少些、耐候性较好。用法:1、可单独使用醛树脂、SA-101为基料;2、可与石油树脂并用。
用于粉末涂料,改善流平性、增强对底材的附着力。用法:1、在环氧粉末涂料中,用醛树脂取代5%--15%具反应的树脂;2、在环氧/聚醋粉末涂料中,用SA-101取代5%--15%具反应的树脂。
由于颜色很浅和有辆的颜料润湿性,HS-A81特别适宜制备通用型颜料色浆,而且其溶液粘度很低,因而可制得高颜料含量的色浆。
应用油墨
复合油墨、纸凹印油墨、塑料凹印油墨、烫金油墨、防伪油墨、凹版油墨、水松纸油墨等。
应用色浆
醛树脂具有几乎是万能的溶解过程和相溶性,并且有极佳的颜料湿润性。由于这个原因使醛树脂非常适合作为颜料色浆的载体树脂。与适当的分散剂配合使用可使色浆具备非常高的着色强度并减少储存过程中的损失,减少原料和色浆种品的库存和处理。提高市场涂料颜料变化的应变能力,在最短的时间将涂料成品投入市场,比国外同类产品成本可降低30%以上。(通用色浆醛树脂的载有量根据不同要求可做成含量为30%--60%的液体)。

Formaldehyderesinhasnearlyall-purposeddissolvingprocessintermiscibility,andsuperiorpigmentwettingperformance.Thismakesformaldehyderesinbecomeonekindofidealcarrierresinofcolorpaste.Combinationwithproperdispersantwillincreasethecoloringstrengthofcolorpasteandreducethelossduringstoragestage,andimprovethestockandprocessingefficiencyofrawmaterialandcolorpaste.Italsocanimprovetheadaptabilityofthepigmentwiththechangeofmarketrequirements,saveupto30%costcomparedwithequivalentsfromforeignmanufacturers.(Accordingtodifferentrequirements,thecarryingamountoftheformaldehyderesininuniversalcolorpastecanbemadeasliquidwith30%一60%content).
