旋盖系统采用三对磨擦轮进行搓式旋盖，其优点是不易损伤瓶盖表面，旋盖松紧随意调节，旋盖不到位或斜盖可自动检测并剔除，保证了旋盖质量。设备对各种规格瓶子适应性强，调换瓶子瓶盖规格简单方便，只需调节手轮及旋纽既可达到所需的理想效果，拼弃了更换另部件所带来的种种不利因素，节约了工时，提高了工作效率。本机理盖系统采用自动提升上料的气动理盖方式，噪音低，是对电磁振荡理盖的一种颠覆，避免了由于电磁振荡所产生的噪音污染，并降低了设备的电能耗。控制系统采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制，变频调速，缺瓶堵瓶光电控制设备的运行状态。设备附有自动提升理盖装置其理盖料仓容积大，减少了加盖次数，减轻了劳动强度，运行稳定可靠。一般操作工人都能熟练掌握。产品符合GMP规范要求。

It Adopts friction screwing cap that eligible race is high and doesn’t destroy the bottle surface. Change of size is easy. It has the automatic inspecting function of finding and injecting caps that isn’t screw well or skew. It also has lifting and arranging cap device that making work steady.
