我司在PC/LED灯管灯罩挤出生产线具有多年的实践经验，已得到广大客户的认可。此生产线主要用来生产PC日光灯管、LED灯管（LED日光灯管）、PC管、透明双色管、磨砂管及日光灯，灯管种类包括光面、双面、磨砂、喷砂、光扩散、半圆等。

PC灯管灯罩只要用来生产制作LED节能灯具，LED节能灯由于其有优越的节能环保效果，越来越得到市场的认可，比如40W的普通日光灯光的强度，LED灯只需要１２W可就以达到同样的强度；再都LED日光灯的使用寿命长，而且不存在汞污染。

PC灯管灯罩型材挤出生产线主要由挤出主机、三维电动定型台、皮带牵引机、切割机、料架等部分组成。挤出主机采用高效挤出螺杆，变频调速，依据各种规格的产品配置不同规格的主机；定型台采用不锈钢接水盤，配国产名牌真空泵；牵引机采用西门子电机，变频控制，可手动或电动升降，皮带式牵引；切割机采用进口锯片定位切断。
