It is also applied to the tempering and quenching of the workpiece which temperature below600 centigrade degree. ----Materials The calciner outer frame is made of structural steel and steel plate.The studio wall is made of heat-resistant steel sheet or heat-resistance stainless steel,high-quality aluminum silicate wool is used between the outer casing and studio wall for thermal insulation (heat-preservation). The “u” type electric heating pipes are installed on both inside and walls. There is no adjustable exhaust port on the top. In the furnace, the work piece shelf will be allocated according to the calcined work piece specification.
