PMT系列粉尘浓度变送器是一款久负盛名、几乎免维护的一款电荷感应粉尘流动检测产品,能提供连续在线粉尘含量检测和除尘设备粉尘泄漏检测。
探头工作原理:采用电荷感应和探头保护技术,当粉尘微粒流经探头附近的时,微弱的电信号感应进入到探头中,一个DSP数字信号处理器处理此感应信号,成为一个线性比例与粉尘威力质量含量的绝对输出值。由于采用了探头保护技术和电荷感应技术,确保该探头能检测各种潮湿粉末和高导电粉尘,传感器为被动型(无电源和电子电路),基本免维护,非常耐用。
测量范围:>0.3微米的任何颗粒 探测等级:0.1PA 等效于0.1mg/m3, 0.5PA等效于0.5mg/m3,5.0PA等效于5.0mg/m3。
输出:4-20mA
