Aminomethyl Resins(氨甲基合成树脂)产品介绍:

Aminomethylated polystyrene resins are prepared in-house from crosslinked polystyrenes by a direct aminomethylation reaction according to highly optimized protocols. Resins produced by our process are chemically defined, homogeneous and free from any additional crosslinking from the functionalization process. Aminomethylated polystyrene resins can easily be acylated with any appropriate carboxylic acid-containing linker using standard methods of amide bond formation to furnish supports for solid phase organic synthesis.

The C4 chain acts as a hydrophobic spacer molecule to separate the amino function from the crosslinked matrix to increase the kinetic rates. Aminobutylated polystyrene resins can easily be derivatized by any carboxylic function according to standard methods for amide bond formation.

TentaGel® R - NH₂ TentaGel® Research Resins产品:

TentaGel® resins are grafted copolymers consisting of a low crosslinked polystyrene matrix on which polyethylene glycol (PEG or POE) is grafted. The PEG spacer is attached to the matrix via an ethyl ether group which increases stability towards acid treatment and minimizes PEG-leaching. As PEG is a „chameleon type“ polymer with hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties, the graft copolymer shows modified physico chemical properties which are highly dominated by the PEG moiety (and no longer by the polystyrene matrix). These graft copolymers are pressure stable and can be used in batch processes as well as under continuous flow conditions. The PEG spacer is in the range of MW 3000 Da.

A special designed resin for research synthesis. Long peptide sequences (up to 100 residues), difficult sequences and PNA´s are synthesized on this support. The resin shows an increased swelling volume and a significant lower loading.

TentaGel® XV - NH₂ - A Sophisticated Resin for the Solution of Synthesis Challenges产品:

TentaGel® XV resin (XV stands for "Extended Swelling Volume") is a new member of the TentaGel family. Modifications on the polystyrene backbone change the swelling properties of the PEG grafted resin.

Swelling properties are in the same range or even higher compared to PEGA or Chematrix resins. The polar PEG spacers allow the composite resin to swell in a wide range of solvents including water, methanol, DMF, DCM. Nevertheless, the handling is still very easy and similar to other TentaGel resins.

The high swelling creates an extended reaction space. This enlarged reaction volume meets the requirement for ideal conditions for the synthesis of difficult sequences, aggregating peptides, mini proteins and PNAs in high purities and excellent yields.

"HypoGel® is a hydrophilic gel type resin which combines high capacities with good solvent compatibility. Glycol spacers with n = 5 or 10 EO units separate the reactive sites from the polystyrene matrix and modify the hydrophobic properties of the polystyrene backbone. Due to the spacer effect the functional group shows a higher mobility which results in higher kinetic rates and high resolution NMR spectra from immobilized compounds on the bead. The resin is compatible to a wide range of solvents and in contrast to polystyrene even polar solvents like methanol or ethanol can be used.
