定位夹可固定电缆，确定剥离的长度；
逐步调节深度，最大可旋转直径130 mm；
刀片可调整深度最大2 mm，
调整旋钮刻度为0-0.9 mm，
每个刻度进刀为0.1 mm；
纵切口开始位置可以精确对准。
可以在有限的空间减少旋转；
完美的环形切割；
