PFG-354齿轮泵 PFG-114-D-RO齿轮泵,来实现主阀芯的左右移动,从而开通或切断通往执行元件的油路,使执行元件运行或停止。但在打开或切断油路的瞬间,系统中会产生相当大的冲击,这种冲击会极大影响液压系统中液压元件和密封件的使用寿命。为了减小及至消除由此引起的液压冲击,最简单的办法是在该电液阀下面叠加一个P口节流阀或进油节流式双单向节流阀、出油节流式双单向节流阀,以延长阀芯的换向及复位时间,从而到降低液压冲击的目的。下面就以弹簧复位型、三位四通中封式电液压换向阀为例、对该三种叠加节流方式作简要说明。
