⑴ 对于表面声波触摸屏主要进行清洁工作，方法如下：
①由于表面声波触摸屏是通过对触摸点的超声波信号的传递、衰减进行定位工作的，而较严重的油污、水渍等能够吸收超声波，造成触摸屏定位不准确甚至不工作，所以只需对触摸屏进行日常的清洁工作即可。
②用柔软的毛巾和水性的玻璃清洁济，清洁触摸屏表面，尤其注意清洁触摸屏四边的声波反射条纹，注意不要将触摸屏上面固定的换能器及其连线碰坏；
③清洁后将计算机主机重新启动即可。
⑵ 对于电阻式触摸屏主要看显示器的前框是否压迫到触摸屏的有效工作区域上，如压迫到触摸屏的有效工作区域上请将显示器的前框固定螺钉拧松即可。

在控制面板内运行触摸屏控件图标，进行校准位置工作。在校准位置时，一定要垂直触摸靶标

造成此类问题的原因很多，首先观察触摸屏信号指示灯，该灯在正常情况下为有规律的闪烁，大约为每秒钟闪烁一次，当触摸屏幕时，信号灯为常亮，停止触摸后，信号灯恢复闪烁。具体侦测方法如下：
①如果信号灯在没有触摸时，仍然处于常亮状态，首先检查触摸屏是否需要清洁；其次检查硬件所连接的串口号与软件所设置的串口号是否相符，以及计算机主机的串口是否正常工作。
②运行驱动盘中的COMDUMP命令，该命令为纯DOS下命令，运行时在COMDUMP后面加上空格及串口的代号1或2，并触摸屏幕，看是否有数据滚出。有数据滚出则硬件连接正常，请检查软件的设置是否正确，是否与其他硬件设备发生冲突。如没有数据滚出则硬件出现故障。
③运行驱动盘中的SAWDUMP命令，该命令为纯DOS下命令，运行程序时，该程序将寻问控制卡的类型、连接的端口号、传输速率，然后程序将从控制卡中读取相关数据。请注意查看屏幕左下角的X轴的AGC和Y轴的AGC数值，任一轴的数值为255时，则该轴的换能器出现故障，需进行维修。
5．显示器不工作
请检查显示器的电源插头是否松动，显示器信号线是否松动，计算机主机的显示卡是否正常。如以上均正常，请注意显示器在刚打开电源开关时，显示器是否有加电时的高压声音，然后与您的供货商联系维修事宜。

请检查功率放大器上面的各连接端口是否接触不良，计算机主机的声卡是否正常工作，如以上均正常，请与您的供货商联系维修事宜。

Run the touch screen control icon in control panel, and do calibration position work. You must vertically touch the target while position calibration.

① If the signal lamp is not touched, it is still under constant brightness, firstly check whether the touch screen needs to be cleaned; secondly check whether the serial port number connected by hardware is accordant with the serial port number set by software, and the serial port of computer host is under normal work.
② Run COMDUMP command in drive disk and the command is the command under pure Dos, and add the blank and serial port code number 1 or 2 to the back of COMDUMP on running, and then touch the screen and check whether the data is rolling out. If there are data rolling out, hardware connection is normal. Please check whether the setting of software is correct and conflict with other hardware equipment. When the value of any axis is 255, the energy converter of the axis has faults, maintenance is needed.
