1、 采用片式及不锈钢螺旋和齿分段旋转型的混合头装置，使料液搅拌更均匀、出料快并且流畅：搅拌转速n=8800转/分（8800-12000转/分由变频器进行调速），使二组料得到充分混合均匀，制作出制品致密、弹性好、手感好。配上制冷装置，连续工作时间长，减少混合头清洗次数，节省清洗液（约20-30克/次），减轻环境污染、降低生产成本、提高竞争力。2、 浇注机浇注量由电脑控制，可随时切换不同颜色、不同密度的聚氨酯制品。延长设备的使用寿命，减少了浇注头清洗周期，改善制品质量，提高生产效率。框式聚氨酯原液预热烘箱：生产聚氨酯制品前应将A、B两种原液送进烘箱内进行60℃-70℃预热。预热温度时间应参照生产原液不同供应商所提供的使用说明书要求进行设定。1.The equipment adopts stainless steel screw and tooth piecewise mixing head to mix the raw material more quickly and pour the raw material into the shoe mould more glidingly.
