Each pallet can contain 1 pair of shoe molds(500mm2 x 600mm2)for transportation.Adopt pouring steel to manufacture.Good anti-abrasive performance heat cycling,which is manufactured by isolated heat preservation layer .Electric heating, oil heating and double use of electric anf oil heating mechanisms are available.The heat quantity for slow or fast temperature rising is equal with good heat preservation performance.Heat quantity of automatic constant temperature is enough with rapid temperature rising. Machine has no clamping force.Moulds are opened and closed manually by hand.
